From Zimbabwe to a sponsored job: four stages
- Shortlist adverts you could win: Use the country, trade and profession filters, and finish reading an advert before you decide. The employers here are open to sponsoring candidates who live abroad.
- Put your file together: Mail us or write on WhatsApp, attaching a CV, your ZIMSEC, HEXCO or degree results, any licence or registration and names of referees. We measure the file against the advert and pass the promising ones to the employer.
- Meet the employer on screen: Expect a video interview from your own home, plus a hands-on trade test in some occupations. Whether you receive an offer is then up to the employer.
- Handle the visa and the journey: The employer arranges its side of sponsorship. For your side you lodge the visa form with your police clearance and other papers, complete any registration or skills check that applies, and only then book your flight.
